About

Notary Public Commissioned Paralegal with over 2o years of extensive and well-developed consecutive career experience in the legal industry in both Pennsylvania and Florida, with more limited exposure in many other states in the union.  Throughout the majority of my career, I have managed and maintained an office for attorneys as well as for myself.

My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in criminology from the University of South Florida received in 1999, and a master’s degree in human resource management from Troy University received in 2007. In 2009, I completed a 20-hour mediation training program for county and small claims court.

I am a volunteer and member of the Clearwater Regional Chamber.  I am also a member of the National Notary Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.

The areas of law I have worked include civil, commercial, and asbestos litigation; and, employment, marital, family, dependency and criminal law. I specialize in legal case management, office management, field work, interviewing, assessing clients and witnesses, research, drafting of documents, maneuvering within the court system, scheduling and coordinating all types of hearings, and transcription.

These opportunities have resulted in strong project, process, and systems management skills; knowledge of legal etiquette; exceptional planning and coordinating; critical problem solving and decision making skills, and a deep awareness of conflict of interest and confidentiality issues.  I am efficient in last minute duties as a result of preparedness, leaving no stone unturned, so as to deliver the best quality work product on time.  One of my strongest assets is precision.  I excel in detailed work and production, while meeting deadlines. All combined, leads to work production completed properly and efficiently based on a solid work ethic and work history.
